Radio Queen buzzes with symbols of innovation: radio waves ripple across its wings, Morse code dots and dashes march across its body, and honeycomb-style hexagons hold visual echoes of soundwaves and circuit boards. These elements pay homage to Guglielmo Marconi and the world-changing technological discoveries that put Chelmsford on the map as the birthplace of radio.
With deep teal, warm golds and bold lines, Radio Queen celebrates the fusion of past and future, art and technology – a fitting nod to a city that broadcasted history.

Marta Zubieta
Marta, a Spanish artist in Bristol, specialises in illustration, graphic design, and murals. Inspired by 90s cartoons, sci-fi, surrealist pop art, and Latin folklore, she creates for ‘forever teenagers,’ exploring Millennial myths—love, anxiety, dreams, and tech addiction—through retro, tropical references in a pastel and neon universe.
