Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  • The prize for one winner is a unique hand-painted mini bee sculpture designed by artist Jennifer Flint [approx. size heigh 85cm, length 100cm, width 75cm].
  • The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, including employees of Farleigh Hospice. However, it is not open to any employee connected with the administration of the prize draw.
  • Entry is £5 per ticket.
  • Tickets are available to purchase from the Full Circle by Farleigh Hospice shop in Chelmsford or online via the Farleigh Hospice website.
  • The prize draw opens at 9.00am on 10 July 2025 and closes at 7.00pm on the 17 September 2025.
  • Online entry to the prize draw will close on the 16 September 2025 at midnight.
  • Entries received after the closing dates will not be considered.
  • Please ensure you provide your name, address, email and telephone number when buying your ticket.
  • Any entries that are incomplete, illegible or do not comply with the terms may be disqualified.
  • Multiple entries are allowed.
  • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • The winner will be chosen via a random number generator from all valid entries received
  • The winner will be notified via email/phone within seven days of the closing date.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
  • By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name on our website and social media channels if you win.
  • The winner will not be obliged to participate in publicity related to the prize draw.
  • Delivery of the prize to an address in Essex will be arranged and funded by Farleigh Hospice, upon arrangement with the winner. Winners outside of this area will be required to arrange their own courier or collection.
  • Personal data provided will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
